Obligation to Prepare the Environmental Impact Assessment Report
The obligation to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment Report results from the Act on Providing Information on the Environment and its Conservation, Public Participation in Environmental Conservation and Environmental Impact Assessments of 3 October 2008.
The report on the impact of the project on the environment should contain information allowing toanalyze the criteria listed in Articles 62 (1) and 66.
Requirements of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act
The scope of the possible Report will be presented on the basis of the submitted Project Information Sheet. In addition to the scope of the Report specified in the Environmental Impact Assessment Act, the investigating authority may also impose the obligation to carry out a detailed wildlife inventory, acoustic analysis, shadow flicker analysis or landscape analysis with visualizations and drone flights.
