Project Information Sheet
The obligation to obtain a decision on environmental conditions is defined by the Act on ProvidingInformation on the Environment and its Conservation, Public Participation in Environmental Conservation and Environmental Impact Assessments of 3 October 2008.
The list of projects for which a decision on environmental conditions is required is presented in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers on Projects that may Significantly Affect the Environment of 10 September 2019.
Conservation to the application for an environmental decision
Together with the map with the range of impact and confirmation of payment of stamp duty for issuance of the environmental decision and power of attorney, the Project Information Sheet constitutes an conservation to the application for a decision on environmental conditions. The Project Information Sheet should contain basic information about the planned project, enabling analysis of the criteria referred to in Article 63 (1) of the above act.
Our Project Outline Specification scope
Our Project Information Sheets are an extended study characterizing the site of the planned project. As part of the study, we carry out a natural inspection in the field through a nature conservation specialist, obtain data on the environment and nature from public Authorities and Institutions and prepare the necessary attachments.
Obtaining a decision on environmental conditions
As part of the application procedure, we respond to the comments of the authority conducting the proceedings – the City/Municipality or the Regional Directorate for Environmental Conservation (RDOŚ), as well as respond to questions and possible comments from the reviewing bodies – the Regional Directorate for Environmental Conservation, the Regional Water Management Authority, the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station. The advantage of working with us is substantive support at every stage of the application procedure.
